Multi-Function Washer Step-By-Step Guide
Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to cleaning bottles with our multi-function washer:
Step one: Select the right tray and manifold.
The first step is to identify which type bottle you want to wash (if you have more than one type). Once you have done this, you can select the appropriate tray and manifold.
Step two: Customize your wash in the control panel
There are three cycle options to choose from, depending on the level of cleaning required. Cycle 1 is suitable for light cleaning, in case you need to disinfect only water bottles or new bottles. Cycle 2 is for medium cleaning, and cycle 3 is for heavy cleaning, in case you need to carry out an extensive washing of bottles with a high degree of contamination.
Once you have selected the wash cycle, you can start customizing the wash to meet your preferences. For example, you may want to consider using the water saver mode, which is perfect to reduce water consumption in each wash, since with this option, you will save the water from the final rinse for the next batch.
The control panel is where you can select the water temperature, cycle time, and other settings to ensure that your bottles come out clean and sparkling. By taking a few moments to adjust the settings, you can optimize the performance of your washer and get the most out of every cycle. With the additional option HMI you can set the length of each wash cycle as well as the amount of soap and disinfectant to use. If you choose not to purchase this option, we will configure the machine to your liking prior to delivery.
Step three: Load the bottles into the machine
The next step is to load the bottles into the machine. This is a simple process – just put your bottles on the tray and close the top. Once the lid is closed, press the “Start” button, and the machine will do the rest. When the cycle is complete, you will hear a signal indicating it is time to remove the bottles.
Step four: Unload the bottles and leave them to dry
Once the bottles have been washed and rinsed, it is time to unload them and leave them to dry. The machine will let you know when they are ready, at which point you should put the tray outside on a table. You will need to wait 4-5 minutes the bottles to dry and be ready for bottling.
Step five: Prepare your next load
When it’s time to prepare your next load. Add another tray with the new batch of bottles you want to clean. If you’re going to add or clean another type of bottle, the change of the manifold will only take one minute.
