Reuse
How does a bottle washer save money?
One of the major commercial reasons many industries are opting to wash and reuse their bottles is the cost saving.
First, of course, there's the cost of the bottles themselves, which is virtually eliminated by reusing them. Pretty simple to turn a reused bottle into one that's good as new and ready for the shelf with the Multi-Function Washer.
However, a bottle cleaner is also a labor saver. By using a smart, automated bottle washer, you can clean many containers at the same time, with minimal labor required. This cuts down on the costs to clean your bottles for reuse, which again affects your bottom line.
Get my free quoteBefore filling
Washing bottles by hand vs. with a bottle washer
There are many different ways that you can rinse bottles before filling them up again, but not all of these methods will be practical. One option is to use a bucket and manually scrub the bottle with a brush before rinsing it in another container. This option is fine for smaller quantities, but it can be very time-consuming if you have many bottles to rinse.
Additionally, if you have ever tried to wash out bottles by hand, then you will know how difficult it can be. Often the inside of the bottle has ridges or grooves where dirt and germs love to hide, making them very difficult to clean.
Moreover, one of the best options on the market today is a bottle rinser and sanitizer that will clean your containers with an integrated water jet system. These machines are often placed next to conveyor belts that are moving bottles into filling stations, so you don't have to spend valuable time scrubbing each bottle.

Questions
Before you ask for a quote
How much does a bottle washer cost?
We do not publish prices: every machine is configured for your containers, your volume and your power supply. Tell us what you wash and how many per week, and we send you a quote.
Will my bottles fit?
The baskets and manifolds are made for your containers, from 5 mL to 60 L (0.17 oz to 16 gal), and larger on request. Send us a photo, the diameter and the height of your container.
Compact or Multi-Function Washer?
The Multi Compact Washer sits on a countertop and washes 16 bottles of 1 L per cycle. For several hundred bottles a day, carboys or jugs, choose the Multi-Function Washer: 100 to 1,200 containers an hour.
How long is a wash cycle?
From about 1 minute to around 12 minutes. The cycle is set for your job, and four things change its length:
- The job: a one-step rinse with incoming water, before filling or for new bottles, takes about 1 minute. A full wash of used bottles, with several steps, takes longer.
- Incoming water temperature: the colder the water, the longer it takes to heat.
- Available power: 30 A is standard; with 50 A or 60 A, the water heats faster and hot cycles are shorter.
- Hot final rinse: a final rinse above 190 °F (88 °C) adds time.
Tell us what you wash, how clean it needs to be and your target output per hour: we configure the cycle and give you the cycle time in your quote.
Are the machines certified?
All our machines are inspected to CSA SPE-1000 and CE marked before they leave.
What power supply do I need?
Multi Compact Washer: 240 V three-phase, 30 A standard. Multi-Function Washer: three-phase, 30 A standard. Both run at 50/60 Hz, and 50 A or 60 A is available as an option for faster cycles: the water heats faster. For the dryer and the container washer, the supply is confirmed in your quote.
What about warranty and service?
One full year of warranty on parts and labour, a startup kit and a remote diagnostic connection. Designed service life: 10 to 25 years, depending on maintenance.
Ready? Tell us your containers and your volume per week: we send you a free quote.
