Thank you for trusting us at Aquatech-BM. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We’ve updated our policy in our best control of the situation.

Domestic & International Shipping Policy


Shipment addresses
We ship anywhere around the globe.

Shipment methods
For orders within North America, delivery is made via ground shipping, exceptions can be made
upon request at additional costs.

For orders outside of North America, options include sea and airway shipping.

Pick-up at our production facility is also a possibility.

Shipment processing time
After processing and production, orders within North America are generally made within 7 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Aquatech-BM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees
imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages occurred during shipment
Aquatech-BM takes on the responsibility of any damage or loss that was made to the equipment
and machinery sent. If the merchandise arrives damaged at the destination, we will ensure the
costs of both the return and the re-shipment of said order.

Inspection must be done when the carrier is still on site of delivery so the returns can follow
immediately. We also recommend to take and send us pictures of said damages.
