Bottle washer accessories · Stainless steel
These bottle washer accessories turn the machine into a complete washing station: a soak sink for hard-to-clean containers, a table on each side to load and drain, and a rolling cart to store baskets and manifolds. No more baskets on the floor, and every task happens at working height.

The washing station
A washer on its own washes. What slows production down is everything around it: baskets on the floor, bottles draining on a piece of cardboard, the label that won’t come off and gets scraped by hand. The accessories fix those tasks, one by one.
With a table on each side, the Multi-Function Washer sits in the middle of a continuous station: the operator loads on the left, starts the cycle, and takes the clean basket out on the right while the next one washes.
Not sure which washer to build the station around? Compare our commercial bottle washers, from the countertop Multi Compact Washer to the Industrial Container Washer.
Stainless steel tables
Same steel, same finish as the machine. Choose by the space you have and what comes out of the washer.

It hooks directly onto the side of the washer, left or right. Raised edges: the water stays on the table, not on the floor.

On its own legs, to place wherever you want: soak station, basket prep or filling area.

The size of the work table, with hot-air blowers that dry the inside of plastic containers: 5-gallon (20 L) jugs and pails.
On glass, a drying table is rarely useful. A glass bottle drains well on a work table. The drying table is for when water stays at the bottom of a plastic container and you fill right after washing. To dry in volume, see the Multi-Function Dryer, a separate machine the same size as the washer.

Storage
Each container format has its own basket and manifold (water diffuser). Once you have three or four, they need a place. The cart keeps them flat and brings them next to the machine when you change formats.
Your baskets and manifolds are made for your containers: see our custom manifolds and baskets.
Pre-wash
Returnable bottles, stuck-on labels, dried deposits: some containers need to soak before they go into the machine. The soak sink handles that, and the EDV option fills it with the water the washer used to send down the drain.
The EDV is an additional drain valve. At the end of the wash step, it sends the hot, soapy water to the sink, a tub or a tank instead of the drain. Incoming containers soak in it while the machine works. All the water from the cycle is used twice: once to wash, once to soak.
Soaking, more than the machine, decides whether labels come off. For labels with stubborn glue, the label maker often recommends an alkaline solution: the sink is for that too.

Custom baskets
A new format does not call for a new machine. It calls for a basket and a manifold (water diffuser) designed for that container, added to your washer.
Send us a photo and the dimensions of your container (height, diameter, neck): we will tell you which basket you need.
