Commercial bottle rinser · Made in Canada
AquaTech BM bottle rinsing equipment rinses new glass or fully washes returned bottles in one machine. Each bottle sits neck down on its own nozzle, then gets a hot final rinse above 190 °F (88 °C). From 0.17 oz vials to 16 gal carboys (5 ml to 60 L), at 100 to 1,200 containers per hour.

See it at work
Two questions come first: will it take my bottles, and how does the water get inside? These photos answer both.

How it works
Four steps, the same every cycle. Cycles are programmable; with the optional Schneider Harmony touch screen you set cycles, chemical dosing and rinse temperature, and read daily wash totals. Remote diagnostics come with every machine.
Is it the right machine?
A bottle rinser removes dust, cardboard fibre and pallet debris from new bottles before filling. A bottle washer adds detergent and a full wash for returned or reused bottles. The AquaTech BM machine does both, with the same hot final rinse.
Good fit
Breweries, wineries, distilleries, water and dairy bottlers, labs and food producers who rinse or wash bottles in batches, new or returnable.
Not the right fit
An inline rinser built into a filling monoblock, or a hand-held bottle rinser for home brewing.

Will it take my bottles?
Manifolds (water diffusers) and baskets are made to fit your own containers, passivated and electropolished. Glass, plastic, aluminium or stainless steel. See our custom manifolds and baskets.
Standard basket sets hold 9, 25, 30, 49 or 64 containers per cycle.
Compare
Three machines, the same rinse program and the same hot final rinse. The difference is volume and floor space.
Small batches, limited space
Most bottling operations
A wider cabinet for larger containers
